Bookentri helps residential housing societies in India, and the accounting firms that manage them, run maintenance billing, collections, accounts and audit in one place. Residents get their bills, receipts and statements on their phone.
Everything a society's books need, from the monthly maintenance bill to the audited final accounts.
Monthly or quarterly invoices for every flat, with GST where it applies, interest on late payment and due reminders.
Residents pay online through a secure link or QR code on their bill; receipts are issued and matched to dues automatically.
Double-entry books, bank reconciliation, trial balance, income and expenditure, balance sheet with schedules, GST and TDS registers.
Every entry and change is recorded with who made it and when, so auditors and committees can trust the books.
Residents sign in with their mobile number to see dues, pay, download receipts and statements, and raise complaints.
Accounting firms manage all their societies from one login, with roles for owners, accountants and auditors.
Bookentri is used by the people who keep a society's accounts.
Bookentri sends only transactional email, on behalf of a housing society, to the residents and staff that society has registered. We never send marketing email and never buy or share mailing lists.
Each society's data belongs to that society. Bookentri uses residents' names, flat details, mobile numbers and email addresses only to issue their bills and receipts, take their payments and answer their requests. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored in India on Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region), encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff accounts support two-step verification, and every change to the books is logged. Emails come from noreply@bookentri.in; to stop receiving them, or to correct your details, contact your society office or write to us.
